Office shift a bold move for Summit
Summit Realty South West will move its office to Bunbury’s main street after they bought the former Bankwest building.
Principal Greg Gardiner said in a statement they had bought the building to expand the business.
Their premises on the corner of Wittenoom and Symmons streets is now too small for its 55 staff.
The new building has two floors but will have a major refurbishment before the Summit staff move.
“The new building is a significant investment for us but the team’s ability to continue posting strong sales results gives us the confidence to be bold in our decision-making, ” Mr Gardiner said.
“We are the biggest real estate agency in the South West but our consistent results show that we also have the substance to back that up.”
Mr Gardiner said Summit would look to move to the new building in time for its 18th birthday on October 27.
