The self-contained upper level, which has another kitchen and three bedrooms, can be accessed via an internal staircase or via its own separate entry. The terraced garden is perched on the cliff’s edge and is potentially the most impressive in Perth with ample entertaining space and room for a vegetable garden, a pool or spa. Selling via Vivien Yap and Rio Varen of Ray White real estate, the advert notes that developers may be interested in the land for apartments. Let’s hope the grand old dame lives on in her current form.
