Paramedics rush 5yo girl to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead after Kingswood car hit

A five-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after she was hit by a car while reportedly crossing the road near a train station.
The horror hit happened at the Kingswood Railway Station on the Great Western Highway at Kingswood, about 55km from the Sydney CBD, at 4.50pm on Monday afternoon.
NSW Paramedics treated the little girl at the scene before rushing her to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a serious condition.

NSW Police officers were told the girl was hit by a Nissan utility as she crossed the road.
“The driver of the utility, a 33-year-old man, was uninjured and taken to hospital for mandatory testing, the police said.
The police have commenced an investigation into the incident.
