Emergency services rush to scene near Perth Airport after driver crashes into building

A driver has been taken to hospital after slamming their car into a building near Perth Airport early on Friday.

Emergency services were called to the scene about 7am after a driver ploughed into the building along Fauntleroy Avenue, near Dunreath Drive.

A St John spokeswoman confirmed one person has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital. It is believed their injuries are not life threatening.
