Anthony Brain: Owner of the Nomadic Masseur charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent

The owner of a Bunbury massage parlour has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting two female clients during separate sessions. Anthony Brain, 37, appeared in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent, and one count of unlawful and indecent assault. It is alleged between October 22 and November 18 he sexually assaulted two female clients during their massage sessions. Mr Brain is the owner of The Nomadic Masseur in Bunbury, an establishment which controversially offers a pelvic floor massage. Detective Sergeant Gareth Reed said the alleged victims are receiving counselling. “They’re obviously very shocked, we have reached out and offered every possible service that we can to them,” he said. “I would suggest that if anyone has any concerns about their treatment in regards to this particular massage therapist to get in touch with us.” Mr Brain is not known to police and does not have any prior convictions. Mr Brain was refused bail and will remain in custody until his next hearing on Friday December 1.
