Infill work starts in South Bunbury

Bunbury Herald

Work has started on South Bunbury’s $4.9 million infill sewerage project which will connect 232 lots to the central waste water system.

Bunbury MLA John Castrilli said he was excited for the residents to have the project started, after it was halted for over a decade due to the previous Labor government cutbacks.

“Our current government has had a hard time playing catch up, however the commencement of 29F and the proposal to construct 52A is a great outcome,” Mr Castrilli said.

The second project, 52A, is planned to start early next year and will cover the Mangles area of South Bunbury.
