Jumping for joy raises funds for charity

The Yallingup Maze has celebrated fundraising more than $13,000 over the course of two years for local charity Regional Kids.

The business had donated the money spent by customers for the use of its bouncy castle.

Owner Amanda Teasdale said a tin had been placed next to the castle for people to pay for a ride.

“Every cent of the money from the tin has gone to Regional Kids,” she said.

Regional Kids started in Busselton and aims to help rural and regional communities provide support for families when a child suffers from serious or long term disease.

Ms Teasdale said the group asked for any donation at all, as every bit helped.

The Yallingup Maze started the initiative in October 2011 and aimed to keep donating for years to come.
