The Slammers closed out their regular season with another massive loss as the two ends of the ladder met with Rockingham Flames dishing out a 71-point thrashing.

The second quarter saw no break in the relentless pressure form the Flames as the score at the major break expanded to 67-20.

The lead ballooned out to as far as 74 points during the game, with the Slammers pulling it back in slightly to end the game.

The final scores sat at the Flames’ 125 to the Slammers’ 54.

Rockingham sit a game clear on top of the ladder at the end of the regular season, with the Warwick Senators in second and Cockburn Cougars in third.
