Theatre, dance and song feature strongly in our list this week ... but for those who prefer something a bit sporty, get along to Carey Park Panthers' special event on Sunday.

1. Eisteddfod

The 55th WA Performing Arts Eisteddfod, incorporating the City of Bunbury Eisteddfod, continues with speech and drama and woodwind performances. Residents still have this final opportunity to see the best drama and instrumental talent the State has to offer, all from comfy seats at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre. 2. Foster & Allen

Ireland's most successful duo Foster & Allen – Mick Foster and Tony Allen – have been performing together for more than 30 years and made 18 trips down under. Australian Dance Theatre comes to Bunbury for the first time with G by Garry Stewart, a version of the classic ballet Giselle. The production fuses the technical prowess of classical ballet with explosive choreography. The performance begins at 8pm tomorrow night at BREC. 4. DVD launch

The launch of the John Boyle O’Reilly 25th Anniversary Commemoration DVD is on today at the City of Bunbury Function Centre on Stephen Street from 10am to noon. All welcome – entry is free. Coffee, tea and cake will be served and Fred Rae will provide musical entertainment.

5. Gala night

The Gala Finale Concert of the WA Performing Arts Eisteddfod will be held at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre from 7pm on Saturday. This final event will showcase the finest performers seen throughout the month. For more information and tickets, contact BREC on 1300 661 272.

6. Singing men

The Bunbury Men of Song perform at St Augustine’s Worship and Community Centre at 119 Mangles Street from 2pm on Sunday. Tickets cost $15 or $12 for concession. 7. Murphy’s Lore

Enjoy an evening of entertainment at a Quality Hotel Lord Forrest Relay For Life fundraiser, with special guests Courtney Murphy and Murphy’s Lore. Their set includes classic rock and dancing songs. 8. Exhibition

Domenic Trovato’s first solo exhibition, Time and Footprints, at the Front Room Gallery features landscapes of the South West, including the Ferguson Valley and the region’s coastline. The work is on display until July 7. The Bunbury Regional Art Galleries are open from 10am to 4pm every day and entry is free.

9. Football

The South West Football League hosts a special event this weekend when Carey Park plays Bunbury on Sunday. The Nani Family Cup celebrates the Nani family’s contributions to both clubs. Bouncedown is 2.30pm at Kelly Park. For all your South West Football League news, visit www.swtimes.com.au.

10. Super exploits

Man of Steel follows the story of Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) as a 20-something journalist who is trying to fit in despite his powers.
