Weapons, drugs seized in Eaton raid
South West detectives have seized a quantity of stolen firearms, drugs and weapons from a house in Eaton.
Detectives executed a search warrant at the house two weeks ago seizing items, including five firearms, a crossbow, two archery bows, a machete, ammunition and drugs.
A tomato sauce and pop-top juice bottle, both modified into smoking implements, were also among the items seized.
Det. Gareth Reed said police believed the firearms were stolen during burglaries where guns were targeted.
A 29-year-old Eaton man was arrested during the search.
The man was due to appear in Bunbury Magistrate's Court yesterday.
