Young leaders program back after a break

Bunbury Herald

The Rotary South West Young Achievers Program is back after a two-year break and gathering support including sponsorship from the South West Development Commission.

The program helps young people from 18 to 25 years old to reach their full potential as future leaders.

It is a joint project of the Bunbury Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the Rotary Club of Bunbury Leschenault.

We Print It will also support the program as will a cross section of the South West’s small business, industry and tourism operators.

Commission chief executive Don punch said the program was a terrific initiative.

“Through this program, young people receive skills which help them pursue their career goals, as well as to become active citizens,” he said.

Program coordinator Leanne Oshea said financial support was crucial to the success of the program.
