Bunbury transported back to rock n roll times with Bumpers n Beats
Bunbury was transported to back to a time of rock ‘n’ roll and vintage cars as the Bunbury Geographe Motor Museum’s inaugural Bumpers n Beats took over the CBD.
An all-encompassing celebration of all things “ol’ skool cool”, Bumpers n Beats took over the Wittenoom Street car park on the weekend with a variety of free displays and activities for the community to get involved with.
The fun began on Friday night when the make-shift drive-in cinema presents 1973 film American Graffiti to kick off the weekend’s retro vibes.
The car park was filled with pre-1950s car throughout the film.
The vintage vibrancy continued the following day with food trucks, live music, market stalls, carnival rides and a vintage car display complete with rolling cruises around Bunbury throughout the day.
