Find where to vote in Bunbury, Collie-Preston

South West voters have been flocking to the polls, with more than 39,000 electors taking part in early voting centres across the region’s five electorates.

As of Tuesday evening, early voting centres received about 7700 votes in the Bunbury electorate, almost 9000 in Collie-Preston, 7800 in Murray-Wellington, 9100 in Vasse and 5400 in Warren-Blackwood.

More than 9500 voters have returned their postal vote packages across the South West electorates since postal voting started.

Those postal voting can send their packages back until polling day, as the WA Electoral Commission is accepting all packages posted on or before polling day until 9am March 18.

People can hand-deliver their packages to any early voting centre until Friday, or to any polling place on Saturday.

Post shops, licensed post offices and community postal agents in Bridgetown, Capel, Donnybrook, Harvey and Nannup will have ballot boxes on site for people to drop off their completed postal vote until closing time tomorrow.

Early voting centres close tomorrow at 6pm, with Saturday’s polling places the final opportunity to cast a vote.
