Bunbury Scrapbooking
Bunbury Scrapbooking's next crop is on Sunday. Starting at 10am and finishing at 4pm, it will be held at the South West Women's Health & Information Centre in South Bunbury. For more information, phone Lorraine on 0419 791 672 or Brenda on 0407 867 753.
Meet Cr Cook
Bunbury city councillor Murray Cook and his panel will make themselves available for a chat at the Bunbury City and Regional Library on December 8 from 3pm to 4.30pm. For more information, phone Cr Cook on 0409 595 858.
Boyanup Community Carols
The Boyanup Community Carols will be held at the Boyanup Primary School on Friday, December 11. The event will begin with a sausage sizzle at 6.15pm and live entertainment will start at 7pm. There will be two raffle hampers to win, with tickets sold outside the general store this Saturday and also at the event. All proceeds from the raffle and the Boyanup Community Carols will be donated to The Lord Mayor's Appeal for the Esperance Community.
Seniors' party
The Harvey Senior Citizens Centre is holding its Christmas party on Friday, December 11. Starting at 9.30am, the event will include raffles, live entertainment and door prizes. There will also be a roast dinner and nibbles. Tickets are $15 and should be purchased before December 7.
Ladies' lunch
The Capel Golf Club is holding a Ladies' Christmas lunch on Wednesday, December 16. The event starts at noon and all past and present members are welcome. Bring a gift to the value of $10 and a plate to share. For more information, contact bernadettemaguire@bigpond.com .
Legacy Christmas pudding
Legacy Christmas puddings are available at the RSL Hall on Spencer Street in Bunbury on Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm. There will be large and small puddings available, making a good Christmas present. All proceeds go to Legacy. For more information phone Alf Mainstone on 0402 026 608.

Croquet for everyone
Croquet is a sport for people of all ages. Come and play at Moorabinda Croquet Club, Hay Park and get plenty of exercise while having fun and making new friends. King Cottage
Take a walk back in time and see how people lived from 1880-1950 at the King Cottage Museum. New displays are on show from 2pm to 4pm daily on guided tours. Research your family tree or give us your family tree to be preserved for generations to come. Visit the cottage at 77 Forrest Avenue, Bunbury or make a group booking on 9721 7546. Australian Red Cross
Australian Red Cross is seeking volunteers to help with its Community visitors scheme. Trained volunteers will be matched to make a regular social visit to an isolated elderly person living in the community or in an aged care facility. You will visit people who are socially isolated and whose quality of life would be improved by your friendship and companionship. Invigorating walk
Start your Wednesdays with a walk to feel invigorated. Come back to Bunbury Senior Citizens Centre opposite the Post Office on Stirling Street for a coffee or something to eat in our seniors’ cafe upstairs. In the afternoon, keep active with a game of table tennis or other games downstairs. Each of these activities costs $4. For more information, phone 921 2522.

Bunbury Laughter Club
Laugh for health and wellness each Saturday during school term at 10am sharp in the activity room at the Bunbury Public Library.
