There’s the true story of a family with young kids who’d just been on a WA road trip.

When they got back, one of them asked: “Can we go somewhere close next time, like Bali?”

The island of the gods is just a three-hour flight away. It can be a cheap and family-friendly holiday. It can be a bunch of friends hanging out together. It can be a super villa with local staff to look after you. And it can be a luxury short break for couples, paying “US dollar prices”.
