Saints will pursue a 12th win on Friday night when they take on last-placed Olympians to round out the men’s division one qualifiers in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Basketball Association.

Ahead of the finals, starting next Thursday, Saints are in the box seat for the minor premiership ahead of CBC.

CBC went into their clash with Franchise on Thursday night trailing Saints by one game.

However, CBC’s six-game lead over Franchise ensures they get a double-chance in the finals.

Olympians have just three wins, but two of those have been in the past three rounds.

Friday night’s program includes the second-last round of women’s division one qualifiers, when Saints meet CBC.

Due to the competition being reduced to three teams, the final round of qualifiers will be played on Sunday afternoon.

Division three finals start on Monday night.

Meanwhile, Andy Manton is the latest player to re-sign with the Goldfields Giants for the 2025 season.

Manton’s signature is hot on the heels of Michael Jok joining the local club as a highly touted shooting guard and Alastair Ishigami-Sims as a men’s assistant coach.
